DOLOFFER Copyright Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect users of our services to do the same.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used without authorization through our website or other online services, you may submit a copyright infringement notice to us in accordance with the EU E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC (and corresponding implementations by EU Member States) or the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe your work has been infringed, please send a written notice including the following to [email protected]:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
2. A clear description of the infringing content, including what should be removed or disabled, and sufficient information to allow us to locate the material;
3. Valid contact information, such as email address and phone number;
4. A statement in good faith that the use of the content is unauthorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law;
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Note: Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents material or activity as infringing may be subject to liability, including legal fees.
Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice under DMCA or other applicable law, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Forward the notice to the user who posted the content;
- Make reasonable efforts to notify the user that the material has been removed or disabled.
If your notice does not fully comply with legal requirements but identifies potentially infringing material, we will assist you in completing the notice.
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you have received notice that your content has been removed or disabled and believe this is a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including the following:
1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled in error;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where DolOffer operates, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Once a valid counter-notice is received:
- We will provide a copy to the original complainant;
- Inform them that we may reinstate the material within 10 business days;
- Restore the content unless we receive notice of legal action within 10–14 days.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers or, where technically feasible, restrict their ability to post additional content to maintain platform order and legality.
